As of noon today, City National Arena will close to the public pursuant to Governor Sisolak’s directive that all non-essential businesses close in order to protect against the spread of COVID-19. That now extends to any private rentals, open skates, our MacKenzie River restaurant and our Arsenal retail store. This follows our decision last week to pause all USA Hockey and US Figure Skating programming, as well as adult leagues in our facility until a later date. We support the Governor’s important message, and encourage you to read his guidance if you have not already done so, which can be found at: http://gov.nv.gov/News/Press/2020/Governor_Sisolak_Announces_COVID-19_Risk_Mitigation_Initiatives/
The Vegas Golden Knights have ice time blocked off from 10:00 am-1:00 pm most days. On Vegas Golden Knights' home game-days, the team will hold pre-game skate at city national arena for 30-45 minutes.
All practices are open and free to the public. To find out what time the team will go on the ice, you can follow the Vegas Golden Knights on twitter, or call City National Arena Guest Services.
Admittance to all Vegas Golden Knights practices are first come first serve. Once we reach maximum capacity for practice on the Summerlin Hospital Rink, there will be no further admittance for the safety and quality of the viewing experience for all of our fans.
**Practices are subject to change and cancellation. All scheduled programs fall under this category as well because we are an NHL practice facility. Please refer to the schedules above regularly!
