Below is a document containing all information needed to schedule a birthday party, as well as more detail about what is included in our birthday party packages!
The form submitted for birthday parties at City National Arena are requests only. Your party is only confirmed once a confirmation email has been sent, and you have been charged for the $75.00 non-refundable deposit.
Please allow 3-4 business days for processing your request form.
A request must be made at least 7 days in advance. Our party rooms fill up quickly! We will not begin the confirmation process until 1 month before the party. Requests made within the 30 day period of the requested party date will be confirmed within the 3-4 day period as previously stated. These requests must come through our website.
Any Additional Menu Items can be seen through the PDF above. All menu items are subject to 8.25% with no added gratuity. All changes to your menu choices need to be made by 5:00pm the Thursday before your scheduled.
Cancellation Policy: Party cancellations are accepted up to 48-hours in advance to party start time. The $75.00 non-refundable deposit will not be returned, even if the party is canceled prior to the 48-hours required. If the party is canceled after the 48-hour window, the card on file will be charged for the entire amount owed, including any additional menu items requested.
